Digital Marketing Analyst
I was given a dataset to organize first. If I passed that, I would present it in the first round interview. The interview itself was pretty basic and straightforward. The recruiter I spoke with was really nice and the whole thing felt super easy. She mentioned they hire fast and I'd hear back in a few days. I never got a response though, even after following up a couple of times (and I saw she opened my emails). It was a bummer, especially since I worked on the presentation and she gave me a timeline for hearing back.
- Tell me about a time you analyzed data.
- How do you deal with criticism?
- What is the market size?
Digital Marketing Analyst
Started with an online case study analysis on their website, where I had to analyze a data sheet, identify trends, and respond to recommendation questions. If that went well, I had a phone interview with mostly behavioral questions and one guesstimate question. The final round involved five 30-minute interviews with VPs, Managers, and CEOs. Four of these were conversational, but the last one was a case study where I had to guesstimate an industry from a sales perspective and provide a recommendation. The lack of privacy and overall company vibe was disappointing, feeling like a model after Target.

First, you take an Analytics Assessment. If you pass that, you do a 30-minute general chat with someone from HR. If they like you, the final round has a 15-minute chat with the CEO, then 3 30-minute chats with managers from different teams. It felt like a lot, but the interviews weren't too tough, and everyone was really nice.
- What three words would your friends and family use to describe your leadership style?
