First, I had some behavioral questions to gauge my thinking, then I went through 4 back-to-back final interviews. The questions in these final rounds were still primarily behavioral and didn't seem to deeply assess my actual skills.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I sent in my application online through Ovative's website and then got a call for a quick 30-minute phone interview. It was mostly behavioral questions, with just one technical question to see how I think. After that, they emailed to say I was moving on to the next steps. This involved an Excel and case study worksheet where I had to find trends and suggest digital marketing improvements. Once I submitted that, Ovative arranged for me to fly to their Minneapolis office. There were about 5 other people from my school also invited. We started with a short presentation about the company culture. Then, we rotated through four interviews, which were very behavioral, asking about my background and interest in digital marketing and data, basically getting to know me. They also set aside time for us to hang out and play shuffleboard.
