The entire process spanned two months. It began with an HR call, followed by a discussion with a hiring manager. Then, I was given a case study that took me about 5 hours to prepare. After that, I presented my case study findings to a manager. I had another chat with a manager before moving to the final stage. The final stage involved 5 separate 30-minute calls over three days, interviewing with a total of 9 people.

So first up was like an analytical assessment, testing my basic concepts and excel skills. Then, the first interview round was about culture fit, and I had to present a one-page slide summary from that assessment. After that, it was four back-to-back interviews with the team, and finally, an interview with the CEO.

Technical Behavioral

I had six interviews plus an assessment to check my analytical skills. It wasn't too hard, but the interviews were five 30-minute ones and one 15-minute one with the CEO. Everyone seemed nice, though my last two interviewers seemed uninterested. It left me with a bad feeling. In the end, I got ghosted after all that work, and the recruiter never replied to my follow-up email about my application status. It didn't leave a great impression of Ovative.
