UX Designer
The internal processes aren't clear, but what's visible externally is disorganized and a total failure. I've been applying for about 6 months, and they simply stopped responding without any explanation. They've created an unclear and uncertain situation for candidates. If you're thinking of applying, be ready to face complete uncertainty.

UX/UI Designer
The process had 3 stages. First, a recruiter reached out, giving me the lowdown on the job, the company's vibe, and the perks. Then, I chatted with my potential future boss. This was my chance to pick their brain about projects, the team dynamics, how they work, and the general office atmosphere. The final step involved presenting two small exercises to the team. This gave me a feel for them, let them see my working style and thought process, and most importantly, helped us all figure out if our personalities would mesh well.
- Can you discuss your past work, including your methodologies, the software you use, and your accomplishments?
- What motivates your interest in this role?
- Could you elaborate on the reasoning behind your approach to these exercises?
UI/UX Designer
I saw a job post on LinkedIn and got a call from the Outsystems recruiter to set up an interview. It happened a few days later. The first interview was with the recruiter, lasting about 45 minutes. We did quick intros, and then I talked more about my journey from college to my career. We chatted about my work history, how I approach things, and some examples from projects I've done. They called me again to schedule a second interview with the lead designer. This time, they asked about the UX process, my background, how I work, what I like doing most, and what I don't like as much. After that, I had to do a UX exercise, which I presented about a week later to the lead designers. The last call was to let me know Outsystems wanted to offer me the job.
- Can you explain the UX process you know about?
- Walk me through your UX process.
- Could you describe the UX process you are aware of?
