The interview process started off okay, but I'm pretty disappointed with the whole thing. I had a presentation/demo as part of a face-to-face panel interview, which came after talking to a pre-sales person and a phone screen. But I never got any feedback on how I did, even after emailing and calling the recruiter multiple times. It felt like a waste of my weekend preparing and a day off for the interview. If you're applying for a job in the UK, be ready for a lot of steps, and you might not even hear back in the end.

They'll have you interview with a few people. First, HR. Then, someone from Sales and another Solution Architect (Sales Engineer). After that, there's a technical person from Portugal over Skype to ask development and database query questions. The final step involves a presentation and product demo where you have to "sell" the OutSystems product. You'll need to learn as much as you can about it over a weekend and then present to OutSystems Salespeople and Solution Architects who will act like prospects.

Probably the best structured interview process I can remember. Tested all relevant aspects of pre sales in a fairly open ended manner and have a good opportunity to meet a wide variety of employees.
