Behavioral Technical

It started with a recruiter call, then a second interview with someone technical. The recruiter call focused on my motivation and background. The second interview felt a bit disorganized, like the interviewer wasn't fully prepared and had to come up with questions on the spot. It was mostly basic product management stuff, nothing too challenging. After that, they went silent, and even a polite request for feedback from HR went unanswered, which was quite unprofessional.

Technical Presentation

The interview process was quick and well structured. I had 3 rounds: 1. HR round 2. Technical questions 3. Product plan presentation The recruiter was really good. She was flexible with timing and replied to all questions. Received feedback for the presentation on spot. I also provided my feedback to team which was taken positively as well. The overall the interview process took close to 2 month.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview journey had a few steps. First up was an HR chat (they were really engaged with me). Then, a technical interview combined with a motivation check. Next, there was a role-play exercise and a discussion. Lastly, another HR meeting. (They were super helpful with any questions I had, and I even got an extra 30-minute call to go over the next steps and timelines). Overall, it was a positive experience; they really supported me throughout. It felt like a new and thoughtful way to interview.
