I applied for this role via an employee referral. I ended up interviewing at two different offices, and went through about 4-5 interviews total. Everyone I met was very nice and happy to discuss the job and the industry in more detail than just surface-level comments. They were also pretty upfront about the upsides and downsides of this entry-level position, which was helpful. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the hiring process because the job wasn't the right fit for me.

This was a really weird interview process. After the first interview, they sent me an article about a woman who went from working at Hooters to becoming the CEO of Cinnabon. It made me wonder if I'd be a good fit for the company culture. Then, they messed up the link for my second interview and had to reschedule it for an hour later, which made me even more anxious. The person who conducted the second interview didn't ask me many questions and seemed unimpressed with my previous work experience, especially since I worked there for many years while I was getting my degree. What was odd was that she had no clue about the article the first recruiter had sent me, so she didn't even know what I was talking about when I brought it up. If you're not going to give someone a chance because you look down on their retail job, why interview them at all? They also stopped responding pretty quickly after my interview. The pay is also way below average for this role at other companies, so know your worth and look elsewhere.

First, you'll chat with someone from the Talent Acquisition team. Kristina was really professional and kept me in the loop. After that, you'll meet someone from the executive team and then head over to the branch. I was pretty happy with how the whole thing went.
