The first step was a quick phone chat to see if I was still interested, check if I had the basic skills, and maybe ask a few initial things about myself. Then, there was a more detailed interview, likely with the hiring manager, digging deeper into my skills, past work, and why I want this job. After that, I had more interviews with various team people and managers. Each of these focused on different things like my technical skills, if I'd fit in with the team, or how I solve problems. The last part, if I got that far, would be a final chat with some higher-ups or people who make the hiring decisions.

First I had a personal interview over the phone. Then, a second phone interview with three managers. Finally, I was invited to visit the home office for an interview with six managers and VP's. Each meeting was about an hour long.

Interviewing with this company was a really great experience. From the start, the team made me feel welcome, like I was talking to people I already knew. The interview process felt organized and professional. They asked good questions about my skills, background, and what I'm aiming for. They communicated well and kept me updated, and I felt like they really valued my time and the effort I put in. It really showed off a good company culture and that they want to find the right person for the job. I left with a great impression and I'm thankful for the chance.
