The recruiter got in touch and helped schedule the initial phone screen. After that, I had an onsite interview with two hiring managers. Scheduling was a bit of a pain, maybe they're changing their ATS or don't have calendar integration, or maybe just not tech-savvy. They were also pretty cagey about answering questions about the company culture, even when I asked directly about their reputation on Glassdoor.

A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn, and we did a phone interview. Dude's emails had bad grammar, like he was talking to a friend, which was a red flag. I thought I did well. Then I talked to another recruiter, didn't do as great, but they said I might get a third round with a different recruiter for a final in-person decision. But that round never happened. After two weeks of silence, I messaged the first guy. He said I didn't have enough experience and they found someone else. First off, he contacted me, so he knew my experience. Second, they ghosted me for two weeks, super unprofessional. And lastly, I was basically lied to about that third interview. That was the worst part. If you care about professionalism at all, don't apply.

I had a quick phone chat first. Then, they invited me to schedule an in-person meeting with the management team. I met with three different managers, ending with the director of the Scottsdale location. They talked with me more than they interviewed me, which was a nice change.
