They asked me about my experience and how many years I've been serving. They also wanted to know how I'd handle customer service questions and if I've ever described steak temperatures before. I think they're mostly looking for experienced servers.

The worst part was the wait, I left 2 hours after the scheduled time. The interview itself was calm: they asked me to talk about my experience, if I knew anyone who worked at Outback, why I wasn't currently working, and explained how the job is and if I saw myself doing it. Then they did a group activity of trying to sell one of the dishes. It was very calm.
