The interview is all day, in person, and you get the result right away. First, they split you into groups and give you a problem to solve together. Then, some groups are chosen for a one-on-one with HR, and finally, an interview with the owner. The questions are simple about goals, salary expectations, etc., nothing difficult.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Customer Service Representative
I filled out the online application and submitted it in person. Right after, I took a personality and IQ test that was graded electronically. You need to answer everything with strong agreement or disagreement. The next day, I had a one-on-one interview in person, which was really laid-back. For questions, I tried to give as many answers as possible, even saying things I wouldn't normally think to say. For example, when asked how to make a customer feel welcome, I suggested smiling, greeting them by name if possible, asking how they are, and offering food and drinks. The questions weren't super hard if you have restaurant experience. If not, just be friendly, engaging, and answer honestly, focusing on hospitality and teamwork.
- Tell me about a dish you love from any restaurant and convince me to order it.
