The interview process felt really professional and focused on the candidate. It seemed like they genuinely wanted to find a mutual fit. I felt like they paid attention to me and my needs. I had the chance to talk to a lot of different people, ask my own questions, and discuss any concerns I had. I'd definitely recommend interviewing here; it was a great experience overall.

It was a pretty standard tech company interview process. I started with a recruiter call that felt more like an in-depth conversation about my qualifications and fit for the role, rather than just a quick screen. Then I talked to the hiring manager, and after that, I went through a full interview loop with five interviewers from different teams. The vibe throughout was really collaborative and respectful, almost like team brainstorming sessions. They were super fast with scheduling and kept me in the loop with clear updates. My recruiter was amazing at staying in touch, making me feel valued, and keeping things moving. Everything was done remotely via video.

Technical Presentation

A recruiter reached out because my profile seemed like a good fit for a developer experience role in product management. After the recruiter call, I had a call with the hiring manager. They asked me to share my screen and provide live feedback on what I'd change about their API documentation and the API itself, knowing I have 7 years of experience in API tools and documentation. After I gave them some ideas, the interviewer mentioned she wasn't technical and was looking for people like me. It felt like they were getting free consultation work rather than interviewing for a job. They then rejected me, saying I didn't have enough product management/building experience. Be careful of fake jobs where they solicit free advice from experts. Avoid questions about their specific product and how you'd improve it, as it seems to be a scam.
