Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process involved two rounds. The first was a general interview where I got a good feel for the company, the interviewers, and the role, making me feel it would be a good fit. The second round was technical, focusing on iOS development. The interviewers were again pleasant, and I felt a strong alignment in mindset with my potential colleagues. The technical questions were manageable for me. Having interviewed others myself, I found the questions similar to those I've used. I received an offer and felt the excitement from the people at Oura about having me join. The entire interview experience was very positive.

The interview process kicked off with an introductory recruiter call. This was followed by a 60-minute call with an Engineering Manager. Then, there were three technical interviews: a 90-minute pair coding session, a 60-minute system design technical interview, and a 45-minute product interview with a PM. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly, enthusiastic, and smart. The overall vibe of the company and the people from the first call to the last interview was fantastic – a solid 10/10.
