Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Oura.
Manufacturing Test Engineer
It was a multi-phase interview process. First, I had an HR call, then three more interviews with people in different roles related to the position I applied for. These included two colleagues, the team manager, and the team manager's manager.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience with different programming environments?
Software Test Engineer
It was 4 rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with a Talent Partner, then with managers and leadership. It was a good experience overall. We had early morning interviews due to time differences, but that worked out fine for me.
- What was your motivation for applying to Oura?
Test Engineer
Got a quick response to my application and setting up interviews was smooth. The process had two main parts: first, a chat with HR, and then a meeting with my potential team lead and manager. Everyone I spoke with was really approachable during both interview stages.
- How would you handle a tough day at work during your personal time?
