Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Oura.
Engineer
It was a two-step process, starting with an HR interview and then a technical interview. The interviews were held close together, which was nice. Both interviews had a good vibe. I got the job offer pretty quickly after the interviews. They asked good questions related to the job in both interviews.

Engineering
Got a call from HR first, then spoke with the recruiting manager. They had a list of questions ready to go, and it all felt very by-the-book and not very personal. Didn't really leave a good impression.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Engineer
The interview process went well, consisting of three distinct rounds, each with different people and a specific focus. I got a good sense of the role. I also had plenty of chances to ask questions and got good responses. It felt like an open and honest conversation where both sides were trying to find a good fit, respectfully. Good job.

- What areas are you skilled in?
