They're looking for your skills, what kind of money you need, your availability, whether you're local or willing to relocate, your timeline for starting, and if you have other opportunities you're pursuing. Skills include phone skills, CRM experience, or general selling abilities. For money, they want to know your compensation needs, like base salary plus commission. Regarding relocation or commute, they'll ask about your location in the city or your current commute. Your timeline is important for them to know when you can start, like if you have a two-week notice or can start immediately. They also want to know about other opportunities, such as jobs you're interviewing for or if you're expecting an offer from another company soon.

I was interviewed for a job, and wasn't totally sure if I was into it. But since I just graduated, I figured why not. It was like a 45 minute interview. The head manager there interviewed me first. They asked about my biggest fear, which I said was rejection since I've been applying to so many places and can't get a job. The interviewer seemed cool with it and we talked about my resume, hobbies, and if I'd move to Chicago since they had openings there. Then he brought in the head account manager. I learned about the roles and the hiring process. I was getting really excited at this point because it felt like I might get the job. After that guy finished, the head manager came back to say they'd let me know. I emailed them that day to say thanks. The next day, I got an email saying they were going with other candidates, but the email was kinda bad and had grammar mistakes.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a really good interview process. It started with a phone interview, then I had a meeting with the director and manager of recruiting. After that, I got to meet most of the team and even shadow some of them to see what the job is like and get a feel for the environment and culture. They made sure to answer all my questions, so I felt good about making a decision.
