It started with recruitment agent/scout interviews that were about 1 hour long, then background checks, and the next step was planned to be a discussion with the CEO and hiring manager.

There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a phone screen with HR. The second was an in-person interview with the department head. The third round was a long day with 5 phone and in-person interviews with 6 team members. I had one phone call in the morning and 4 meetings and calls at Otsuka in the afternoon. The office manager was my handler for the 4+ hours I was at the office, but they didn't seem to have a solid grasp on my schedule and kept interrupting to check my status. Despite feeling the interviews went well, I was ghosted by Otsuka, which was frustrating considering the time commitment and scheduling right before a major holiday.

I got a call for a phone interview, and then the in-person interview was two weeks later. I spent the whole day interviewing with six different people. There was a lot of repeating questions and long waits between interviews, it didn't feel very organized. The office building was nice, though. Honestly, I felt like it was more of a general information-gathering session. I didn't hear back until recently via a generic email, by which point I'd already figured I wasn't moving forward.
