I was contacted about 8 weeks after I submitted my resume. I spoke with the HR manager and then the hiring manager. We were in the middle of setting up an on-site interview, and then the company just ghosted me. The first few days didn't work out, so they asked for some more options. I sent them some options within 2 hours and followed up several times over the next couple of weeks via email and phone. I never got a response, not even an automated rejection email. They ghosted me completely. It was a completely unprofessional way to handle hiring at any level.
