It was pretty chill. They're looking for folks who feel at ease and can connect with people. You'll have a first chat, and if that works out, they'll bring you back for a second meeting with the manager and the district manager.

I had a phone interview that went well. Then, I was invited to a group thing where they mostly talked about the company. That went fine too. After that, they met with us individually for the actual job interview. I was the first one, and it also went well. They seemed pleased with my motivation, personality, skills, and work experience for the sales rep job. We basically agreed on the spot, and the interviewer said they looked forward to me joining the team. Before I left, they asked for my driver's license and took a quick picture. They explained the picture was for my new employee ID card. I said that was great and asked when I'd hear back. He said I should get a follow-up the same day or the next day. He also mentioned I'd get everything needed for training by mail, like work shirts, an employee card, and documents. I said great, thanks. That was a week ago, and I haven't heard anything. I get they're probably busy recruiting, and maybe they forgot to follow up. That's okay. What's weird, though, is that I emailed them two days after the interview to politely ask for a follow-up and said I was looking forward to starting. Still no reply, and I checked all my inboxes and spam folders. I've also called many times during business hours and couldn't reach anyone. The OSL recruitment team is impossible to contact. It's unprofessional and disappointing. I just want some kind of short response or a quick follow-up on my application. I'm still hoping for the best with this OSL job opportunity and sincerely hope this lack of professionalism is just temporary. I haven't given up on them yet and still have faith.
