First, you apply online and then wait around 2-3 days to hear back. The first interview is with HR, and if that goes well, they'll call you again. The second interview happens after that call, and if you pass, they'll email you the District Manager's Skype info. Then you have a 1-on-1 interview with the District Manager over Skype, and if that's good, you're hired and they send you info for a background check.
