The company reached out to me twice in the past year about my interest. They requested an initial phone interview and an in-person interview within a week. The in-person interview was done on-site, but then there was a gap of more than 3 weeks, almost 4, with no email or calls. I emailed a thank you note the day after the interview, but still no response. I find this extremely unprofessional, especially since I was keen on the role. They ghost you after following up and don't even provide a professional update. It's terrible.

The interview process involves a series of interviews with key people like your direct manager, HR, the Regional Sales Manager, and sometimes the sales VP. It's not a tough process with no exams or tests. Preparation is important - prepare questions about your role and past experiences. Make sure you really get what the company does, its products, and the value it brings to customers.

First there was an initial screening phone call with HR. Then about a week later, there were more detailed online interviews with the same HR person. Finally, there was a last interview with the regional sales manager and another team member who had a similar role to the one I was interviewing for.
