First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Oshkosh Corporation.
IT Systems Analyst
It was pretty informative. We went through three rounds. The first was with a recruiter, then the second with the hiring manager, and the third was an all-day thing with a bunch of different employees and the leadership team. I learned a lot about the team and the company by the end.
- What are your areas for development?
Lead Business Analyst
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone screening by the HR recruiter. Then, there was a 1:1 phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a full day of onsite interviews with multiple rounds. It took a few months from applying online to the onsite interviews. They said I'd hear back within two weeks after the onsite, but it's been at least eight weeks with no word. It really seems like they don't know what they want. I'd avoid this place and would probably turn down an offer.
- Can you tell me about Oshkosh Corporation and its subsidiaries?
Business Systems Analyst
I went through three steps for this interview. First, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Second, since I was out of the country, I had a video interview with a group of people. Third, I flew to Oshkosh for an on-site interview. After the interviews, a third party conducted a background check. It was pretty thorough, they even contacted one of my recent employers. I got an offer via email about two weeks later.
