First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OSF Digital.
Software QA Engineer
The interview process and my feedback was super fast. In total, I had three interviews: first an HR interview, then a Technical Interview, and finally a Final Interview. I found all the interviewers to be really professional, nice, and understanding, which made it easy to answer their questions calmly.
- Can you describe the essential components of a defect report?
- How would you handle a situation where a defect is discovered right before a deployment?
QA Analyst
Had a chat with HR, who wanted to know a bit about me before we discussed the position. Then, I spoke with a Senior QA Analyst. She was interested in learning about me and my testing knowledge, but in a different way than usual interviews. She focused more on understanding the person she'd be working with, not just my technical skills and outcomes.
- How would you describe a healthy work environment?
QA Lead
It was chaotic and not well organized, but the interviewers were good. There were multiple rounds and they didn't ask any repeated questions. Each interviewer explained what they expected for the role. Overall, it was a nice experience, and they didn't make me feel bad for not knowing a specific technology. The feedback I got after rejection didn't feel right, though.
- Can you tell me about the projects you've worked on?
- Describe a scenario-based question about how you would deal with a difficult customer.
