Super quick and efficient process. Usually it goes like this: first, an HR prescreen to get your profile and see what you're about. Then, a technical or job-specific interview, sometimes with a practical test. After that, you talk to a manager or team lead to check if you fit the culture and have the right skills. Finally, they make a decision and let you know what's next.

The interview was a calm and well-structured experience, where I got to share my professional and personal experiences. During the process, I was asked about my previous skills and achievements, which allowed me to highlight my qualifications and competencies. The interview was conducted in two languages, English and Portuguese, which showed the importance of bilingual communication in the workplace. Furthermore, the process was divided into two stages, allowing for a more detailed and comprehensive evaluation of my profile.

So, first up was this English test, kinda like 50 questions to check my English skills. It covered grammar, vocab, reading, and writing. For grammar, it was all about sentence structure, tenses, and punctuation. Vocab needed me to know synonyms, antonyms, and word meanings. Reading had passages with questions to see if I got it. Writing asked me to respond clearly. After that, I had an HR interview. I started by introducing myself and my background. Then, I talked about some projects I'd done, like what they were for, how I did them, what tools I used, what problems came up, and what happened in the end. I made sure to explain my part, showing how I solve problems, work in teams, and my tech skills. They also asked general HR stuff, like tricky situations I've dealt with, or a good team project. There were also 'what if' questions to check my decision-making. They asked why I want to join them and my 5-year plan. They also wanted to know if I fit with their company culture and values, asking what I knew about them and why I'm a good match.

The interview process had 5 interviews total, before I got an offer. It took about a month from applying online. It was pretty organized and the HR people were good at keeping in touch and telling me what to expect for each interview. I liked how they scheduled them pretty quickly, which made it easy to plan. But, it was hard because I couldn't get a clear picture of where the company was going or how it was set up. Even with all the interviews, the interviewers seemed unsure about the company's aims and how different teams worked together. What they said in one interview sometimes didn't match what was said later, which was confusing. Also, as it went on, I realized the job wasn't really what the title and description made it seem like. The tasks they talked about were pretty different from the advertised position.
