So, the whole thing starts with a take-home test where you gotta do some HTML, CSS, and JS stuff. After that, there's a coding challenge with data structures and algorithms, kinda like LeetCode problems, ranging from easy to medium difficulty. If you're thinking of applying, definitely brush up on your HTML, CSS, and JS skills. They might also quiz you on Angular JS during the process.

So this place is definitely not what it seems, it's a pyramid scheme disguised as a marketing agency, selling DirectTV at Walmart. They don't explain the job well until the second interview. If you have a degree, don't bother. I noticed the manager's office had stained carpets, but I still didn't catch on. In the second interview, they showed me the timeline and how to 'move up,' which confirmed it's a pyramid scheme. I just went through the motions out of politeness, knowing it was a scam. Then they took me to a Walmart to show me how they sell DirectTV. Seriously, if you have a degree, save your time. They're probably also paying people to write good reviews.

It was a pretty chill interview process. Everyone was super nice and they really let you ask whatever you wanted. First, there was a phone interview. If they liked you, you'd come into the office. Once there, they introduced you to some of the team. Then, you'd get to shadow different executives for a couple of hours. This was a great way to see what they do and figure out if it's a job you'd actually like. After that, they just called to let you know their decision.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Questions mostly concerned the kind of person you are.
  • Questions were mostly about life situations.
