Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ORS Partners.
Recruitment Consultant
I got connected with ORS Partners through a former colleague. The whole interview experience with them was informative, enjoyable, and pleasant. The recruiter did a great job showing me what the company culture, mission, and goals are like. Everyone I talked to made me feel comfortable and gave me a good understanding of the company. They all said the same things about ORS and seemed really proud of their own jobs and the company. It was cool to see they have such a productive and open workplace. After just a few hours in the office, I really got that their company culture is made up of smart, hardworking, and friendly people.
- What makes you a good match for this organization?
Senior Recruiter
The initial stages of the interview process were promising, with several phone calls that seemed to go well. However, the in-person interview took a turn for the worse unexpectedly. It felt as though the interviewer might have been impaired. It's strongly advised to thoroughly check the company's reviews. If you have over 5 years of experience, be prepared for your time to be undervalued. You'll likely face repetitive, standard questions about your compensation and background, and then be made to feel like you should be grateful for the opportunity to interview. There are better companies in the industry than this recruitment agency. Reading the company's reviews will provide significant insight into their treatment of both employees and candidates.
- How is this interview proceeding from your perspective?
Recruitment Consultant
They had me do 2 phone interviews, then one in person one on one, and after that a meeting with 4 internal managers. You gotta be sharp and prepared for this one, they're selective and you need to remain on your toes with each interview. Having diverse experience is better since they work with companies in all different industries.
