First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Orr Group.
Associate
It was a pretty standard interview process. The first step was a video call with some associates where they asked pretty basic questions. After that, I had an in-person interview where I met with several senior consultants. The questions were a bit tougher, but still what you'd expect. Overall, it was a good experience until after the interview. I was told HR would be in touch, but after a week of no response to my follow-up email, I called and left a message. Still no word back. It was disappointing to be left completely in the dark after coming in for an interview, especially when they could have just let me know if they weren't moving forward.
- Can you discuss your prior experience working with nonprofits?
Associate
The interview process was so unprofessional it turned me off from working with Orr Group in any capacity in the future. Interviews were moved sporadically, emails were not replied to until the last possible moment, and meeting links were incorrectly provided. Little in the way to suggest this would be a work environment worth investing in.
- Tell me about the achievement you're most proud of.
Associate
We have quick interviews that are about 20-30 minutes long, but you'll meet with a bunch of people from different roles back-to-back. Depending on who's around, you might meet with just one person or the whole team.
- How do you manage up?
