Had a phone interview where they asked typical questions. Then an in-person interview in a decent area, it was very low-key, not formal or very professional. The company has decent benefits but offers below-average pay for the hours required. The best part is getting to use a truck.

I applied for a tech job. A few days later, I got a call. Renee, the manager, conducted a 20-minute interview. He then requested a face-to-face meeting, which happened a few days later and lasted about an hour. The next day, I was called back for another face-to-face meeting, this one lasting 2 hours. He mentioned I seemed like a good fit due to my size and customer service experience. He then asked me to do a ride-along with a technician. I agreed and spent the entire day assisting the technician, even though I wasn't supposed to as I wasn't an employee, but I wanted to prove myself. After that, I heard nothing. I called Renee a week later, and he told me the technician felt I wasn't enthusiastic enough and they were moving forward with someone else. I felt it was a waste of time and they got a free day of work out of me. I'd avoid them.
