first there was an aptitude test where i needed to get over 50% to pass, then there was a technical interview and a HR interview. The technical interview had really basic questions and the HR interview had mainly HR questions. It was all very basic and easy stuff that i answered correctly but still got rejected. Now I'm getting rejected at the HR stage, what do they look for? I think I'm pretty good at English.

I had two interview rounds that went really well, and I think I nailed most of the questions. The panel seemed happy with my answers. The second round had a technical part, and I felt I did great there too. But now, it's been like 20 days, and I haven't heard anything back. I reached out to HR a few times, and the first time they said they didn't have the feedback yet. Since then, no replies to my calls or emails. It's super frustrating to give your best and then be ignored like this. At least they could let you know something, good or bad. Just ghosting is unprofessional and rude. This delay made me miss out on other chances. I'd tell others to be careful about this company, it feels like they don't notice or care about good work.
