Behavioral Technical

First, there was an HR screening to talk about my background, experience, and if I was interested. Then, I had an interview with my direct manager and the Group Financial Controller. They were both really nice and made me feel relaxed. We talked about my technical skills, past tax and accounting work, and how I manage deadlines. Overall, it went well.

So the interview process involved a technical round with the manager, where we discussed my previous work experience, touched upon basic cloud security concepts, and compliance questions. Then there were ITGC Controls and threat analysis components. It was followed by a basic team interaction interview, and then more technical questions. Finally, I had an interaction with the CISO where we discussed more general questions about security strategies.

Behavioral Technical System Design

It began with a phone screen with HR where they asked general questions about my background and the coding languages I use. The next round was an interview with a software engineer from the company. They asked questions about my resume and background. Even though the role was for a C++ focused position, they mostly asked me front-end questions and about things not even listed in the job posting's qualifications.

Behavioral Technical

Applied through LinkedIn and got a quick call for interviews. There were three rounds in total, spanning over 8 weeks. The interviews began positively, and the final one with a Senior VP was great, with many good behavioral questions. However, the whole process took way too long, and the team's handling of it was very unprofessional. HR didn't communicate updates even after follow-ups. There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication, which created a very negative impression of the company. I eventually gave up and moved on. This experience makes me doubt the company's culture and environment. I wouldn't want to work there.
