First, I had a screening interview where we talked about my experience and they answered my questions. Then, I did a technical online assessment that checked my online literacy, problem-solving skills, and basic programming logic. The final round consisted of two interviews, one with a Business Analyst II and the other with a manager.

They asked me to do 2 pre-interview tests, one behavior and one strategy, each took about an hour. Then a phone interview with the recruiter. After that, I had 2 zoom interviews: one with the head of the team who's been there about 12 years, and another with a data engineer who's been there for 7 years. Then a few more calls with another recruiter. It didn't work out because they needed someone to start earlier than I could. The pay was fair, but on the lower side for having a masters and experience. It was nice to see long-term employees.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone call with a recruiter. They asked me a mix of standard and behavioral questions. The recruiter was very nice, honest, and answered all my questions. Our conversation lasted about 35 minutes. After the call, I was sent a 75-minute assessment. I have to admit, the rigorous interview process for an entry-level role turned me off, especially after reading some reviews. The recruiter also gave me a salary range that wasn't very competitive. I'm sure it's negotiable, but it was still on the lower end. It didn't seem worth the time and effort, so I decided not to do the assessment and just left it at that. It sounds like a growing company that's moving in the right direction, but they lack diversity at the management level, which was another turn-off. However, I did learn during my call that they are actively trying to change that.
