I started by meeting the Executive Vice President for lunch to get to know each other. I also had plenty of chances to chat with other employees in different jobs to make sure it was a good fit for everyone. The application itself was simple, and communication from HR and the hiring manager was great. I had to take a skills test, a personality test, and do a practice sales presentation. It was a pretty detailed process, which makes sense since they want to hire people who really fit the company's values and culture.

I interviewed with the company on and off for about a year and a half. Initially, there was an HR screening call, followed by several phone interviews with colleagues. Then came an intelligence/personality test, and finally, in-person interviews with 3-4 more colleagues. A decision wasn't made in time, and I had two other offers. A year later, I was invited for in-person interviews with 2-3 more colleagues, but they weren't hiring at that time. Six months after that, I followed up and was invited to a phone interview with management. They mentioned HR would follow up because they were now hiring. The manager emailed me right after, stating I was no longer being considered.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, and all my interviews happened over the phone. First, I had a chat with the HR Director. After that, they sent me a link to an aptitude test, which was tough but manageable. Once I passed the test, the HR Director arranged phone calls with three of my potential colleagues. After talking with them, I got a job offer.
