Really disappointing process with Organon. I met with a recruiter who told me I would need to meet with a second recruiting team member. That never happened, but I was moved onto an interview with the hiring manager. She told me I should expect to hear within a week or two as the process was moving quickly. I followed up with the recruitment team and never heard back. For months, I was still in consideration in their ATS. I never got a decline or rejection, but they moved me to rejected in their ATS without any email or explanation - several months later. Completely ghosted after getting through multiple steps
