First there was a phone screen, then a phone interview, followed by a few FaceTime interviews, and finally a compensation call. Everyone was super nice and full of energy. They really made me feel like I was already part of the team. I was so excited to get the offer and it felt like I knew everyone at the company when I started.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

The interview process began with an initial introductory call, then I spoke with a current Account Executive, followed by an interview with the Head of Growth and Sales, and concluded with an interview with the CEO. Three mock sales pitches were required, one with each of the Account Executive, Head of Growth, and CEO. The interviews were mostly positive, but the CEO seemed uninterested and pressed for time, which I suppose is typical for a sales role. However, his demeanor came off as arrogant. Despite reaching the final stage, I never heard back, suggesting disorganization on their part. Ultimately, it was for the best as I would have declined any offer given the low salary for San Francisco and the company's lack of growth despite investor expectations. They've received significant negative press recently and are struggling in a competitive market dominated by GrubHub. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Behavioral Technical

Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter that did a quick role play scenario with me. Asked a little about my previous sales experience and education. It went really well and was given an invitation to speak with a manager the following week. Unfortunately, the interview I had with the manager was very disappointing. It was clear from the start that the manager was very busy and had me pause a couple of times so they could focus their attention elsewhere for a few seconds. They were disinterested and disengaged during most of the interview which I found incredibly unprofessional. I quickly lost interest the longer we talked and was puzzled that someone who has probably interviewed many candidates was grasping to phrase questions properly. However, I kept a professional demeanor and was told by the manager that they would follow-up with me, but never heard from them again.
