The first round was a phone interview where a Dev from the team would call you and ask you questions. It wasn't too serious, mostly HR questions and then one or two basic technical questions. The final interview was a 2-hour session. It was made up of 1 hour for HR questions and the other 1 hour for a technical interview. I got feedback in 2 days that I wasn't selected.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process included an interview with a hiring manager. It was quite in-depth and it was an opportunity to share about yourself as well as learn about the company and its values. The 2nd interview was a technical interview that involved standard logic and programming questions. The last interview involved someone from the tech team as well as the business team and tested your general aptitude and your propensity towards understanding the kind of work that Orbis does, as well as your motivations and values and whether you will be a good fit for the company or not. I found the interview process to be smooth and rewarding. The interviewers were very receptive and were very eager to engage with me throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated.

I got a zoom link and then had a call with two interviewers who were software developers/data analysts from different departments. They asked me some introductory questions and gave me info about the job and the company. Then, they gave me two coding questions. The first one was short and easy, and the second one was longer and harder, but related to the first.
