The team is really smart, and I went through multiple rounds, with a final round case study with the PMs. The questions were intellectual, involving brain teasers and problem-solving. The people were nice and seemed passionate about investing, though the company's recent performance hasn't been great, with many people leaving. However, those who stayed seem to value the people and culture.

This was focused on intellectual capacity and attitude, This involved a series of interviews with different people, including puzzles and approaches to investment. A research exercise comparing two different companies with a follow-up interview challenging the thesis and understanding the thought and process behind it.
