It was a typical selection process. First, online tests, then a group activity, and finally a panel with managers. I applied through the Feeta RH website (linked to vagas.com) and took the English and logical reasoning tests from vagas.com. For the group activity, they asked us to bring an object we identified with to the Feeta office in Campinas. Each candidate had 5 minutes to present using their object. Afterward, we worked in groups of 3-4 to solve an innovation case about sustainability. In the panel, we had to give a 20-minute presentation with a few slides about the water crisis and how Amanco's products would be affected.

Processo longo e sem feedbacks por etapas, apenas a resposta positiva. Ao final foi tudo muito confuso, estavam envolvidos na seleção um rh de Joinville e outro de SP. Recebi email informando que havia passado para a etapa final, que seria um painel com gestores. Recebi também instruções de como deveria ser a apresentação e logo mais receberia uma ligação para saber a data. No entanto isso não aconteceu e ao questionar, passaram a responsabilidade para três profissionais e cada um deu uma resposta.

Group Case Presentation
After taking an online English test, I got an email that evening about a group dynamic for the next day, where I had to bring an object representing me. The dynamic was conducted by Soulan with one evaluator. We only found out about the open positions on the day of the dynamic. First, everyone introduced themselves and talked about their object. Then, we had to solve a case study. Finally, there was a written exercise about innovation.
