The process felt a bit slow and could have had better communication with candidates about where they are in the process. There weren't a ton of interviews, but the time between each one was long. The offer stage also took a while.

First there's an initial pre-screen with HR. Then you have a 30 minute meeting with the Hiring Manager. During this meeting, they'll ask some really vague situational questions, and they'll even admit themselves that they're super hard, but they went through this process too, so whoever they hire will have to deal with it.

It was a typical selection process. First, online tests, then a group activity, and finally a panel with managers. I applied through the Feeta RH website (linked to vagas.com) and took the English and logical reasoning tests from vagas.com. For the group activity, they asked us to bring an object we identified with to the Feeta office in Campinas. Each candidate had 5 minutes to present using their object. Afterward, we worked in groups of 3-4 to solve an innovation case about sustainability. In the panel, we had to give a 20-minute presentation with a few slides about the water crisis and how Amanco's products would be affected.

It was a group thing, with an individual presentation, an essay, and a dynamic where we had to create a car with specific features, then present and sell it. It was cool but a lot of people tried too hard to show off in those dynamics to stand out. After a few days, there was the interview with the manager, who wasn't very friendly. I never got the final feedback they said we'd get if it was positive or negative.
