The whole process took about a month. It started with a quick HR phone call. They asked me what I understood about the role, my ambitions, what I was looking for, why I was leaving my current job, and why Orano. Then there was an English and psychometric test online, which was timed so it's best to do it in a quiet place. After that, another HR person called to go over the test results and asked about my soft skills – like following procedures, teamwork, autonomy, and how I handle provocation. Then I had an interview with the manager where we discussed technical aspects of the job, my accomplishments, and upcoming projects, including how I'd approach them. Finally, a sort of interview with the HR Director to discuss the job offer and benefits at Orano.
