The process was pretty easy and fast. They reached out to see when I was free, we met up for the interview, and then they let me know about the offer over the phone. It all happened pretty quick, around 2 weeks from start to finish.

I was a bit nervous, but they were pretty welcoming overall. Many of the questions I was not expecting and/or ready for. I wasn't expecting to hear back, but I got the job.

I met the hiring recruiter at a career fair on campus and then applied online. I got an interview within 2 weeks at the main office in Orange, CA. It was a panel with one person from the department and one from HR. They asked behavioral questions from HR and then some technical questions about the job. The interview process was straightforward and they want to see if you're a good fit. If you show you've done your research and are the right person, they'll see it. Knowing their mission helps show your interest.
