The process started with Aptitude and English tests, mostly focusing on synonyms. Then there was a theory paper covering logic and calculations. They also asked theory questions about calculating incentives and a SQL query to identify the top salesman-partner duo. Some questions touched on basic code logic like if-else and nested if-else structures. Unfortunately, the HR didn't get back to me in the expected timeframe, so I accepted another offer I had. It's important for HR to provide feedback or at least an expected timeline for results.

There's an aptitude, English, and technical round that lasts 1.5 hours. It involves 50 English and Aptitude questions, and 10 sales analysis questions (taking 1 hour). Even Big4 Consultants with years of experience have to go through this with fresh MBAs. Reporting is at 8:30 AM, and the process starts after the HRs arrive around normal office time. One HR person evaluates written papers for 20 candidates in 5-10 minutes, with 120 questions assessed per minute. The HR is super fast! Then, 5 candidates are called, and the rest are asked to leave without any pleasantries. It's a dramatic interview process, making you wonder if they've already decided on the candidate. Dramatic!

It took about 5-6 weeks from the first contact with HR until the process was completed. This is a bit of a slow process for a candidate, so patience is key (there are many internal discussions and approvals before decisions are communicated). However, the HR/Recruitment team was polite and provided updates when I reached out (feel free to contact them if needed). There were 3 separate interview sessions, and the difficulty was moderate.
