Technical Case

Interview kicked off with a quick screening call, then there was an analytical test. After that, there were two back-to-back 1:1 interviews where they checked my Technical Skills and gave me a Case study, which are industry standards. The final round was supposed to be with a Director or someone higher up. I really appreciated my interview experience with Optymyze. The HR team was quick and clear with their communication, which was super helpful. Even though I didn't get through the last round, the HR team still made time to get back to me and give me honest feedback on areas where I could improve, which I really valued.

Behavioral Technical Other

It moves along pretty fast. It's mostly based on soft skills. There are 3 rounds of interviews: one with HR, one with the team, and one with the manager. There are also 2 tests. The interviews are in English because you'll be interviewing with people in the US office as well.

Technical Behavioral

There were 2 rounds in the interview process. The first round consisted of two tests: an aptitude test and an analytical test. Neither of them were particularly difficult. The second round involved two Skype interviews with two managers. It felt like they weren't very interested, and had already made up their minds based on my resume. The first interviewer asked behavioral questions and questions about dealing with a client. The second interviewer didn't seem very engaged and commented that I was too technical and had focused too much on the technical side, questioning the suitability of MIS grads for BA roles.
