The interview was tough, and a great experience until I talked with the president. This man told me that Americans are disloyal and cannot be trusted. I was ready to take the job until that moment. I held my composure and was polite. As a military veteran I have never been accused of having a lack of loyalty, integrity, or anything short of an outstanding performance. I have awards and accolades from every place I have ever worked. I was offered the job but turned them down just because of that bad experience. My thought was that if anything ever went wrong he would blame the American, and if job promotions and bonuses were ever to be handed out, he would skip the American because he feels we are not loyal and cannot be trusted.

They had one online writing interview where I was asked logic and model building problems in network and integer programming. Then there was 1 or 2 telephone interviews. The first was with people I might work with, and the questions were very technical. The second was with a Sr manager. Then an on site interview which included a writing exam similar to the first online one, and interviews with engineers where most of the questions were technical, from optimization and computer science area.

So first, I had this 3-hour test I had to do at home. Then, a few days after that, they had me come in for an on-site. The on-site involved another 3-hour test, which was definitely harder than the first one, and then I had 5 face-to-face interviews with people who currently work there.
