After applying online, I was invited to complete an online self-recorded video interview. This was followed by standard STAR-style questions about my motivation and reasons for wanting to work there. Then there was a video interview. There was a noticeable delay between the different stages.

after application you get an email for an online psychometric assessment, which are like mini games testing your math and abstract reasoning skills. if you pass that, you get a link to a digital interview (hirevue) after a few days. then, if you pass that, you're invited to grad day, an assessment center where you do interviews in person.
