It was pretty simple, they asked me about my motivations and then I had to do a role-play where I acted like a sales consultant selling a phone. There was also a quick mental math part where I had to compare mobile plans right there.

Behavioral Group Presentation Case

I applied online through their website, filling out a brief form with some background questions. A few days later, HR called to discuss my application and asked two retail-related questions about customer service. After that, I got an email inviting me to a group interview at their head office, which was followed by a one-on-one interview. The group interview had about 12 candidates and 5-6 regional managers. We did 2-3 group activities where we had to present to the room, including introducing ourselves, deciding on three items to bring on a stranded boat in groups of three, and a product presentation/sales pitch. The one-on-one interview with a manager focused on my retail experience, how I dealt with customer complaints and issues, and what makes me stand out in the industry. I heard back from HR the next day with an offer and started the following week on my first shift. The whole process was pretty straightforward and quick, but this was before they outsourced HR, so there might be delays now.
