I had a screening call, and two days later, I was invited to a Zoom interview with two managers. The interviewers were very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I hope this was just my experience, as it was a very humiliating situation.

I had a really good experience with the interview process. I spoke with seven different people at Optiv. We talked about the job, what they expect, and how the company's future might affect this position. I liked that we had open conversations rather than the typical one or two formal interviews. It helped me figure out if this job was a good fit for me, the company, and the work environment. I think more companies should do this to get different viewpoints and a better understanding of a role.

Applied online and got a call from a recruiter for what turned out to be a pretty good phone interview. They knew their stuff about the company and the job, and were straight up about what to expect.
