The interview felt informal. The questions were repetitive and hard to answer in detail because the interviewer seemed to be making them up on the spot. After the first interview, I was invited back for a second interview where I was asked the exact same questions.

Behavioral Other

I was one of the first people interviewed that day and arrived 10 minutes early. After waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my scheduled time, I had a very brief 10-minute interview. It felt like a waste of a flight from England, and they could have easily done it via video call. The interview was mostly 'get to know you' questions, with no technical ones. I was told that if I was successful, I'd have another interview with the IT Manager. Two people conducted the interview; one asked questions while the other observed and took notes. The questions came one after another in a pretty relaxed setting.

Behavioral

I waited for about 40 minutes past my scheduled time to be taken in for the interview, which was the first one of the day. I was left sitting in the waiting room without anyone letting me know they were running behind, which felt pretty unprofessional. The interview itself was with HR and they mentioned they wanted to 'get to know me'. So, it was basically standard HR questions, delivered in a very robotic way, almost like they weren't interested either. The interview was easy enough and lasted about 15 minutes.
