Consultant
Communication was bad and it took too long to schedule a meeting. The process dragged on. They should try better interview techniques, processes, and ways to evaluate candidates. Some of the same things came up in later discussions. They could have moved on without some details instead of making it complicated.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Associate
The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by a personal interview. Then there was an HR interview, and finally a Business partner interview. They were looking for market knowledge, good communication skills, and previous experience.
- Can you share details about your previous work experience?

- How are your communication skills?
Analyst
The interview process was extensive, involving meetings with the entire team, which was a positive aspect as it allowed for getting to know everyone before joining. The overall experience went smoothly, culminating in an offer extended at the conclusion of the discussion. The questions asked were considered quite reasonable.
- What makes you interested in a recruiting role?
Development Partner Manager
An internal recruiter reached out about a customer-facing role. We had a good 45-minute phone call. Afterwards, I updated my resume and sent extra documents (project details, diploma, German language diploma). I was keen to proceed after the good chat, but I never heard back from the recruiter, even after 8 months. It would be nice to at least get an update on whether they found someone else or what they'll do with my personal info. The questions were typical (tell me about yourself, your projects, your role, how you handled challenges). But seriously, recruiters, a follow-up after the call would be appreciated!
- How do you negotiate with the team when you see that the delivery is not on time?
