This was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I've ever had. The company is trying to rebrand itself as progressive, but it's all fake. They put me through several interviews and, from the start, made it known that they really liked me, sometimes in ways that felt unprofessional. At least five people told me they really liked me, and one even said they would have ended the process then if they could. They wanted to keep me engaged, constantly telling me to reach out with questions. By the end, they contacted me about benefits and asked for three references. Their offerings were unclear and hard to understand. After I gave them my references, they contacted two of them, who provided feedback. The third reference couldn't respond via email because his email protection blocked it. I told the hiring manager, and they assured me they would contact the reference. They didn't. Days passed. That reference reached out and left a voicemail and text, but there was no response. I reached out a couple of weeks later and heard nothing back. They ghosted me, just like others have said. I've never gotten this far in an interview process without getting an offer, so it was frustrating, but that's how it goes. Anyone applying should be careful of this company and their fake progressive image.

The interview process went smoothly. However, the company was unwilling to share health insurance cost details, which made it hard to make a final decision about the job. They made a verbal offer, but then rescinded it and gave it to someone else who could start sooner. The need for quick hiring was never mentioned when the verbal offer was made. The person who ended up taking the offer was starting in less than two weeks, which is the usual amount of time needed to give notice to a current employer.

Started with a phone screen, think it was HR or a senior recruiter, but wasn't confirmed. Then a video meeting for two jobs with two different managers, they just wanted to check if I was who they saw on paper. Next was a third interview, in-person but one was a panel that ended up being virtual, and the other was two people back-to-back. The company's not really changing direction, and they didn't ask relevant questions, felt more like a parade than a conversation. They seemed to want clones of one person. People were more focused on titles than the role itself. Not impressed at all, felt a severe lack of internal communication, especially for people who've been there 5-20+ years, the age is showing.

My resume was selected. A recruiter set up an interview. I went to their office and was interviewed by two technical people for about an hour. They asked a lot of technical questions about .NET, SQL, ASP.NET, C#, programming, OOPS, etc. After that, I had another interview with a senior manager. They said they'd let me know soon. The recruiter called to say I got the job and that the Dev manager would call. The Dev Manager called to discuss the role and responsibilities and congratulated me. Finally, I got the offer letter.
