Started with a phone screen by the recruitment team. Then had a first interview with the manager of the Dallas team, where we got to know each other. After that, we did a roleplay over the phone, followed by another discussion about the role.

Behavioral Other

I had a phone call with someone from the company, then an in-person interview to see if it was a good fit for both of us. After that, there was a phone role-play to assess how I sound on the phone and interact. Most of the business is conducted over the phone, but it also involves using email, internet research, and daily calendars, so you need to be comfortable with follow-up to be successful.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I honestly don't remember, it was too long ago. Pretty typical interview questions, so just come prepared and take notes.

Behavioral Other

Started with a quick chat with HR, then it went into a really long interview. Usually, these things take about 30-45 minutes face-to-face, but this one went on for 1 hour and 10 minutes. It was kind of weird because I didn't get to meet the actual team.
